Project Overview
The 1MW site in Brazil showcases RayGen's standalone PV Ultra system, comprising a heliostat field, receiver tower, PV Ultra modules and plant control system.
The site is used by Axia Energia, formerly state-owned energy company Eletrobras, to demonstrate innovative technologies under local conditions prior to their deployment at scale.
RayGen and Axia are evaluating future deployments of the complete system, including storage, to deliver dispatchable capacity into the Brazilian electricity market.
