Project Overview

The Yadnarie renewable energy facility, 7km west of Cleve, will provide bulk solar energy and Long-Duration Energy Storage, and support grid reliability, in South Australia.

The project will use RayGen's unique proprietary PV Ultra and thermal hydro storage technology.

In July 2025, Yadnarie was acquired by AGL from Photon Energy Group, signalling the next phase in the project's development. ASX-listed AGL Energy is a leading integrated energy company operating Australia's largest electricity generation portfolio within the National Electricity Market and servicing over 4 million customers.

Both AGL and Photon are strategic investors in RayGen.
